Artifex™ System Requirements
- Windows:
RSoft has both 32- and 64-bit Windows versions of its software. We currently support Windows XP.
- Linux:
RSoft has both 32- and 64-bit Linux versions of its software. Since there is a large variation of possible configurations of any Linux installation for items such as libraries, fonts, startup scripts, security settings, etc., RSoft cannot unconditionally guarantee that our software will work correctly with all Linux distributions. However, in practice, we have found that the software can be configured to run successfully on most Linux distributions with kernel 2.6.x.[1]
Note: That once a product has been successfully installed, it may not
function correctly after changes such as OS updates or other
software/hardware modifications are made to the computer system. In
such cases, RSoft will attempt to resolve any issues for customers that
have a current annual maintenance contract with RSoft, but does not
guarantee success.
